Electronic Signatures: Fast, Secure and Legally Binding


We use secure and legally binding electronic signatures instead of ‘wet’ signatures (i.e. handwritten signature on a printed document). The process to sign our documents is as follows:

email content copyWe will email you all documents to sign. It will appear in your Inbox like a normal email.

Open the email and click on ‘View Documents’ to access the documents to sign.

If this is the first time signing a document with us, we may ask that you provide an additional level of authentication before you can access your documents. Please follow the onscreen prompts. Once you successfully pass the authentication challenge, you can access your documents as usual.

annual reportOnce you have clicked ‘View Documents’ in the email, you will be taken to a secure website. Click on ‘Review Document’ to review the documents.

Take your time to read and review the documents on screen.

To sign, click on the “Sign Here” stickers.

You can sign your ‘wet’ signature with your mouse – but this is not required. Typing your name produces a legally-binding document. Click on ‘Adopt and Sign’ to proceed.

Clicking “Next” on the left of the page is a useful way to find the next place to sign.

When all relevant pages are signed, click ‘Confirm Signing’.



We will forward you a copy of all signed documents. Rest easy, knowing your documents are legally binding and that you haven’t wasted a tree.

Q:Are the documents secure?

A: Yes. We use DocuSign which is trusted by millions of people. DocuSign is certified by the world’s leading privacy and online security bodies such as TRUSTe and The British Standards Institution (BSI) and offers the industry’s most secure eSignature solution.

Q: Can I still print my documents?

A: Yes, absolutely. The documents can be printed and stored with your other paper filing – just because we don’t doesn’t mean you shouldn’t.
